Returns

At Leather & Lace, we believe your satisfaction comes from finding both the right style and the proper fit. We want you to absolutely love your new purchase, so we have created a return policy that offers the same level of care. Domestic returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee. However, if you prefer an exchange or opt for store credit instead, we are pleased to offer these options free of charge. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of these items, returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Your order was shipped from our store within the last 14 days.
  • New and unworn condition.
  • Items are not a Final Sale Item, Gift Card, Personal Product, Markdown or Sale Item, Hosiery, Adhesive Product, or Body Care Product.
  • All marked down items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or price adjustments on any sale items.

Condition of Returned Items

All requested items must be returned to Leather & Lace within 14 days of purchase in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging and all tags and hygienic liners attached, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, or other signature packaging materials. We ask that you try on your new purchase(s) over your own undergarments. If items are returned without original tags, intact sanitary liners, damaged, or with any indication of use, including stains or discoloration, Leather & Lace reserves the right to decline the refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

Please email orders@heidisleatherandlace.com with your Order # in the subject line to initiate your return. If you are unable to complete this process or have any questions, please call (708) 800-1369.

Upon approval of your return, we ask that items are shipped back within the 5 days following. Once your shipment is received at our store, the item(s) will be inspected and we will notify you of your return status via email.

  • Returns: All returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Applicable exchanges will be completed and shipped for free to the address provided on the original order. If an exchange is requested and your replacement size is not in stock, we can provide you with a store credit applicable to other in-stock items or a future order. Please note that free exchanges are limited to two exchanges per order.
  • Store Credit: Store credit is free for the customer. If your request is resolved in this form, you will receive an email with a unique credit code which can be used both in-store or online.

For purchases originally made using store credit, the refund will be added directly back to the gift card.

Please note: If the return is received and declined by Leather & Lace, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. If a pre-paid shipping label is not provided to Chérie Amour within 4 weeks of notice, the item will be destroyed and discarded. If a refund renders your order below the threshold of Free Shipping, a flat rate shipping cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Faulty & Misrepresented Items

At Leather & Lace, we strive to represent our lingerie as seen online as accurately as possible. We know from time to time that colors, fabrics, and styles may appear slightly different in person compared to what is seen online. Keep in mind that all computer displays vary. We make a conscious effort to display the products as reflective of the actual items as possible and to provide details on each product in the product descriptions. If you feel the item(s) we have sent are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can help you with a return request if eligible. Please be advised that normal wear and tear from your own personal use of the garment(s) are not considered “damaged” or “faulty” and not eligible for exchange or return.

Monitoring Returns

Leather & Lace monitors the number of returns, exchanges, and canceled orders by customers. Repeated or excessive returns/cancellations can result in a suspended customer account.
